Small Group & Team sessions - 90 minutes, depending on size
A 4-week program that offers performance training for all sports that focuses on mindset, injury prevention, movement, and recovery. Each athlete will receive a free movement assessment.
Groups vary from 5-30 children
4-week; 2x a week strength and conditioning clinics
Location: Holy Child, RYE, NY
Weekly stretch and mobility 1x a week class.
Every Wednesday morning 9:00-10:00 am
Per Session
Having some nagging pains or new muscular injury. A free hour long consultation with Missie to go over ways to eliminate pain and best practices.
